The registration fee does NOT include hotel registration. The organizing committee does NOT take care of your hotel bookings. Participants should arrange their own accommodation. Leuven hotels are listed below. Make sure to book your accommodation at your earliest convenience (rooms are scarce and in high demand)! Also Brussels hotels are an option, as Leuven is only 20 minutes away from Brussels by train.
