Conference Dinner
Thursday evening a conference dinner will be held at the Faculty Club (www.facultyclub.be) at the cost of 50 Euro (all-in). Menu to be announced.

Cancellation and refund policies
Cancellation of Congress Registration and Refunds
- Cancellations of congress registrations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat via email. Cancellations or changes will not be accepted over the phone.
- Cancellations received up to May 15, 2012 will be refunded less an administration charge of 75 €.
